Optivise is a blend of optimise and advise — two things that sit at the heart of everything we do. We advise business owners with honesty and directness, and we help them optimise — their time, their systems, their teams, and their results.
The name says it simply: we're here to give you better advice that helps you build a better business.

Ange is the founder and principal consultant of Optivise Solutions. She brings hands-on experience in the trade and automotive industry — not as an outsider looking in, but as someone who has spent years working in and around trade businesses, understanding their rhythms, pressures, and unique challenges.
Her approach is direct and practical. She's not interested in impressing you with jargon — she's interested in helping you build a better business. Clients often say she asks the questions they didn't know they needed to be asked.
Ange is based in Queensland but works with business owners across Australia. When she's not helping trade businesses get unstuck, you'll find her doing everything a business owner herself does — because she walks the same road as the people she works with.
