Book & Prepare
Choose your Friday session time via the booking calendar. You'll receive a pre-session questionnaire straight away — this is where you tell us about your business, your biggest challenges, and what you want to walk away with. The better you fill it in, the more we can prepare.
Your Power Session
We meet for a 3-hour focused strategy session. There's no small talk and no generic advice — we go straight into your business, your numbers, your team, your goals. You'll be challenged, supported, and guided to think differently about your business. Bring your most pressing challenge and we'll tackle it head-on.
Your Action Plan & Follow-Up
Within 48 hours of your session, you'll receive a written action plan summarising your priorities, key decisions, and recommended next steps. Thirty days later, we check in for a 20-minute follow-up call to see how you're tracking and answer any questions that have come up.

Please fill this in thoughtfully — the more detail you give us, the more prepared we can be. Beyond that, come ready to be honest, open, and willing to be challenged.
Absolutely. We work with trade and automotive business owners across Australia. Since most sessions are held online, location is no barrier. We've worked with clients in QLD, NSW, VIC, and beyond.
A lot of Power Session clients go on to join the Momentum Mentoring program when a spot becomes available. If after your session you decide you'd like ongoing support, you can join the waitlist. There's no obligation — many clients find that one session is exactly what they needed.
