Fortnightly 1:1 Sessions
Every fortnight, we meet for a focused 60–90 minute mentoring session. These aren't casual chats — each session has a clear agenda, covers your progress, tackles your current challenges, and sets priorities for the next two weeks. You'll always leave knowing exactly what to focus on.
Business Health Assessment
We start with a thorough business health check — looking at your operations, financials, team, systems, and goals. This gives us a clear picture of where you are now and what needs to change. You'll get a written report with our findings and recommended priorities.
Systems & Process Support
Most trade businesses are held back by the absence of good systems. We'll help you document what works, fix what doesn't, and build the operational foundation that lets your business grow without everything falling on your shoulders.
Priority Access & Ongoing Support
Between sessions, you have priority WhatsApp access for questions, quick wins, and those moments where you just need a sounding board. We're invested in your progress between sessions, not just during them.

Minimum 6-Month Engagement
Real change takes time. We ask for a 6-month commitment because that's what it takes to see meaningful, lasting results. Month-to-month is not available.
You Need to Show Up & Do the Work
Mentoring only works if you're engaged. We'll challenge you, hold you accountable, and push you forward — but you have to be willing to be honest, take action, and follow through.
Selective Intake
We only work with a small number of Momentum clients at a time. When spots open, we assess applications to make sure it's the right fit — for you and for us. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a place.
Best for Established Businesses
Momentum Mentoring works best for business owners who have been trading for at least 12 months and have a team of at least 2–3 people. If you're just starting out, a Power Session Plus might be the better first step.
